He balances his private practice with roles as an instructor at Long Island Jewish Hospital and a Clinical Assistant Professor at the State University of New York.
Dr. Tarashansky holds privileges at various hospitals and surgical centers across Long Island and was nominated by his peers as one of America’s Top Physicians in 2017 in recognition of his artistic surgical work.
