She completed her Internal Medicine residency at Jacobi Medical Center – Albert Einstein College of Medicine, followed by advanced fellowship training in Critical Care Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, and Advanced Cardiac Imaging.
Dedicated to both patient care and medical education, Dr. Walia is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Hofstra Northwell School of Medicine. She is also an active member of the American College of Cardiology, the American Society of Echocardiography, and the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
