Dr. Alan Schrager, a board-certified urologist and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, has been reviewed and approved by NY Top Docs for 2024. Dr. Schrager specializes in the surgical and non-surgical treatment of urologic conditions affecting the urinary tract and male reproductive system in both men and women.
Dr. Schrager’s extensive training includes a medical degree from Chicago Medical School, surgical internship at Kings County Hospital/SUNY Downstate, general surgery residency at Maimonides Medical Center/SUNY Downstate, and urology residency at Kings County Medical Center & University Hospital/SUNY Downstate.
As a urologist, Dr. Schrager has advanced training in managing a wide range of urologic conditions like bladder issues, kidney stones, male infertility, cancer, incontinence and more. He utilizes the latest surgical techniques as well as non-operative treatments depending on each patient’s needs.
