She serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor at Stony Brook University, where she teaches and mentors medical students and residents, helping shape the future of Otolaryngology. Throughout her career, she has taken on numerous leadership roles in professional organizations, including a six-year term on the Board of Directors of the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Zaretsky’s contributions to the field are further demonstrated by her leadership within the Long Island Society of Otolaryngology, where she served as President and chaired several important committees.
