He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and an active member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons. Dr. Smith’s areas of interest include rapid recovery joint replacement and the use of navigation- and robotic-assisted techniques to enhance surgical outcomes.
