Dr. Sahasra began his academic journey with a degree in Microbiology from Cornell University before graduating cum laude from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Driven by a passion for endodontics, he completed his residency in the field at New York University.
Throughout his career, Dr. Sahasra has received numerous honors for his contributions to clinical research and community health promotion. Notably, in 2020, he was awarded “Top Dentist” by Top Doc and recognized as “Top Endodontist” by Continental Who’s Who for his excellence in the specialty.
An active leader in the dental community, Dr. Sahasra has served on the Board of Directors for the Nassau County Dental Society and was the General Chairman of the Greater Long Island Dental Meeting (GLIDM) in 2019. He is also a lifetime member of MENSA and an alumni member of the Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity.
