In 2007, he expanded his expertise by completing the Implant Maxi Course at the Medical College of Georgia. Dr. Granger has also served as an Assistant Professor at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, contributing to the education and mentorship of future dental professionals.
Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Granger is highly involved in his community and the dental profession. He served as a City Councilman for Glen Cove, NY, from 1994 to 2005, and currently sits on the Board of Trustees for Elizabethtown College and the Northwell Health Hospital System. In 2012, he was President of the Nassau County Dental Society and has earned prestigious Fellowships in the American College of Dentists, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Pierre Fauchard Dental Honor Society.
Dr. Granger remains active in several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, the New York State and Nassau County Dental Societies, the National Dental Association, and the American Association of Endodontists.
