Dr. Tia Jackson-Bey
Dr. Tia Jackson-Bey is a board-certified Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility Specialist and board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist at RMA of New York’s Brooklyn office. A dedicated fertility specialist and skilled surgeon, she focuses on fertility preservation, IVF, and improving treatment outcomes while providing individualized, compassionate care.
Dr. Jackson-Bey is deeply committed to reproductive justice and expanding access to high-quality fertility care for all patients. Her professional interests include improving IVF outcomes, physician and patient education, global public health, and mentoring underrepresented college and medical students pursuing careers in medicine. She has also served on the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Task Force, working to promote greater representation in reproductive medicine and address disparities in reproductive healthcare.
A passionate advocate for patient education, Dr. Jackson-Bey uses her Instagram platform to share accessible information about fertility, IVF, and reproductive health. Her expertise has also been featured in media outlets including CNN, Fox News, InStyle, and Cosmopolitan.

I had a pleasant experience during my appointment with Dr. Jackson-Bey. She was attentive, compassionate and patient during my appointment and made me feel comfortable with discussing my reproductive health. I was impressed by the efficiency/speed in which I received my imaging and lab results. Dr.Jackson-Bey also took her time to thoroughly answer all of my questions and also suggested lifestyle tips that could help with my condition. Additionally, the staff at the office was efficient and friendly and the office decor/environment was beautiful and relaxing.
I would highly recommend Dr. Tia Jackson-Bey! She has a calming demeanor. She provided detailed explanations on the procedure and what to expect. She answered ALL my questions before the process began. She impressed me in general by not only being knowledgeable about the procedure I wanted performed but looking at my overall fertility health and addressing additional concerns. She even came in on her day off in order to do the procedure which technically can be done by any of providers. As a result of her care, I feel more confident in my overall fertility health.
