Scott F. Loeser, DMD, DICOI
Dr. Scott Loeser has been practicing for over a decade and has been in his current location in Thornwood, New York for over ten years. During this time, he has earned a reputation throughout Westchester as a dedicated, caring and innovative professional. Always at the forefront of cutting edge dentistry, Dr. Loeser is highly skilled in performing dental implants as well as all aspects of General Dentistry and has recently become a Diplomate with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
In addition, Dr. Loeser is well integrated into the community through his various outreach efforts. Every year he volunteers his time at the Mount Pleasant police force’s open house where he administers ‘Tooth Prints’ to aid in child identification. An ardent child advocate, Dr. Loeser volunteers his time visiting local schools to speak about dental health every February, National Dental Health Month.
Dr. Loeser graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine with clinical honors. He then completed a General Dentistry residency at Montefiore Hospital of Albert Einstein College of Medicine. In his residency program, Dr. Loeser was trained in all aspects of General Dentistry as well as oral surgery and emergency room facial trauma at Jacobi Medical Center, a level 1 trauma center. Within this program, he worked for the Rose Kennedy Center, a facility for pediatric patients with special needs. Dr. Loeser then completed a residency program in Implantology at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
Dr. Loeser is a native of Yonkers, New York, and continues to reside in Westchester with his wife and three children

Our office facilitates open communication with our patients and accepts emergency calls during off hours with our professional answering service. Appointments are available and welcome, for both current patients and new patients seeking help.
Financial
We will be more than happy to submit any necessary insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, all major credit cards and Care Credit.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient in need. A fee may be charged if a patient misses their appointment or cancels without sufficient notice.

I have been going to Dr.loeser over 5 years. My whole family goes to Dr. loeser. He is a great dentist and really honest person. I had many crowns and fillings done at his office as well as regular gum treatments. His staff is wonderful. His hygienists are gentle and understanding. One of my children has special needs and the office is patient with him. I never write reviews, however I found a negative review about him, and I got mad. He is great dentist and nice guy. His work is high quality and he backs up his work. I had a veneer done by him and i bit into a olive pit and it cracked. it was a year old and it was totally my fault, but Dr. Loeser fixed it at no charge.
