Dr. Robert Setton is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at RMA of New York. He is passionate about helping patients overcome infertility and has particular expertise in diminished ovarian reserve, male infertility, endometriosis, PCOS, and advanced fertility treatments including IVF, egg freezing, genetic testing, and third-party reproduction.

Dr. Setton earned his medical degree from NYU School of Medicine and completed his residency and fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Weill Cornell Medical Center, where he served as co-administrative chief resident and received the Jerome Seiler Memorial Award for Excellence in Pelvic Surgery. An accomplished researcher, he has presented internationally on topics including frozen embryo transfer and donor egg treatment, contributed to research on PCOS, fibroids, and IVF, and has served as a peer reviewer for leading medical journals.

For Dr. Setton, reproductive medicine is personal. He was inspired to pursue the field after hearing his son’s heartbeat for the first time, an experience that shifted his career focus from cardiology to helping others build their families. Born and raised in Brooklyn, Dr. Setton is especially proud to provide specialized fertility care in his home borough and is committed to expanding access to care for the local community.
