Dr. Phillip A. Romanski
Dr. Phillip Romanski is a board-certified Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility Specialist at RMA of New York and serves as Associate Research Director for US Fertility. With more than 60 peer-reviewed publications to his name, Dr. Romanski combines advanced clinical expertise with a strong commitment to research and innovation in reproductive medicine.
Dr. Romanski specializes in the evaluation and treatment of both female and male infertility, third-party reproduction, and fertility preservation, including egg freezing. He has particular expertise in caring for patients with diminished ovarian reserve, age-related infertility, and those who have experienced unsuccessful fertility treatment. His advanced training also includes the treatment of Müllerian anomalies and complex reproductive conditions.
Dr. Romanski earned his medical degree from the University of Central Florida College of Medicine and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology through Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Massachusetts General Hospital. He completed his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Weill Cornell Medicine/New York-Presbyterian Hospital, where he also earned a Master of Science in Clinical and Translational Investigation.
A respected researcher and educator, Dr. Romanski serves on the Board of Directors of the Pacific Coast Reproductive Society and contributes to leading medical journals in the field. He has received recognition from the American Society for Reproductive Medicine for his research on Müllerian anomalies and regularly shares his expertise with national and international audiences.
Dr. Romanski is committed to providing thoughtful, individualized care while helping patients navigate their unique paths to parenthood. Outside of medicine, he enjoys exploring New York City with his wife and cat and training for his next marathon.

Dr. Romanski has been the most incredible doctor throughout our fertility journey, and I cannot recommend him enough! He provides truly personalized, one-on-one guidance and care and does everything in his power to achieve the best possible outcome. He was always incredibly responsive and patient with our many questions, which made us feel supported every step of the way. From our initial evaluation to an egg retrieval, followed by a successful embryo transfer soon after, I can’t say enough positive things about him and the exceptional care I received throughout the entire process.
