Dr. Aronson is the owner and founder of Premier Dental and Premier Smiles. He has been treating patients of all ages in Rockland since 1988.

After graduating from the State University of New York at Binghamton, Dr. Aronson was one of 27 students accepted to The State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. Upon graduation, Dr. Aronson did a specialized post-doctoral training program at Englewood Hospital (Columbia University Affiliate) where he focused on treating pediatric patients, children and adults with special needs, dental trauma, endodontics, periodontics, implantology, simple and complex reconstructive dentistry, anesthesia and oral surgery. Dr. Aronson has received numerous academic and clinical awards during the course of his education and training.

Implantology was in its infancy “back in the day,” and Dr. Aronson was and continues to be a pioneer in the field. He went on to receive his Fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) and completed general and advanced mini-residency courses in implantology, where he trained with many world leaders in the field. He is also an Associates Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, a credential achieved by less than 2% of all dentists.
