Dr. Matthew A. Lederman is a board-certified Reproductive Endocrinologist and Fertility Specialist and serves as Practice Director of Reproductive Medicine Associates of New York (RMA of New York) – Westchester. Caring for patients throughout Westchester County and New York’s Hudson Valley, Dr. Lederman is passionate about expanding access to high-quality fertility care in the region. He specializes in fertility preservation and preimplantation genetic testing (PGT), providing comprehensive, personalized, and compassionate care to patients throughout their fertility journeys.

Dr. Lederman is also a dedicated advocate for the hereditary cancer community. As the husband of a BRCA carrier, he brings a personal perspective to this work and serves on the medical advisory boards of FORCE and T.E.A.L., organizations committed to supporting individuals and families affected by hereditary cancer.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Lederman enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. An avid sports and movie fan, he is a devoted supporter of the Mets, Knicks, Jets, and Michigan Wolverines, and enjoys cooking, golf, tennis, skiing, and staying active on his Peloton.
